Personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting) can be provided depending on your needs, complexity, and worker availability. Personal care is always delivered with your consent, dignity, and privacy at the centre.

A support worker can assist you with participating in ordinary household tasks as part of your daily living goals. Heavy or specialized cleaning requires a dedicated cleaning service.

Where agreed in advance, a worker may transport you during scheduled support using an approved vehicle. Any applicable travel, kilometre, or toll charges are clearly documented in your service agreement.

Yes! You have the right to choose who supports you. We ask about your preferred qualities, interests, and communication style, matching you accordingly based on worker availability.

Tell us immediately. You will never be pressured to continue with a worker who does not feel like the right fit, and we will work with you to arrange a new match.

Yes. If appointment support relates to your disability needs, your worker can assist with travel, preparation, note-taking, and communication. They do not provide medical or legal advice.

Yes, where we have appropriately trained team members who can safely meet their needs. Support is planned alongside parents/guardians while respecting the young person’s developing independence.

Not exactly. Support work provides practical disability assistance with daily living and community access. Peer mentoring specifically focuses on lived experience for guidance and encouragement. If you prefer a worker with lived experience, let us know during intake.

Yes. Your plan must include appropriate Core or Capacity Building funding that can be used for support work. You can check your plan with your Support Coordinator, plan manager, or our team.

Yes. CSS works with plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants, subject to worker availability and service suitability.

Rates align with current NDIS Pricing Arrangements. All agreed hourly rates, transport charges, and cancellation terms are outlined transparently in your service agreement before supports begin.

Yes. You can request changes to your worker, schedule, or supports at any time. You can end services according to the standard notice period in your service agreement.
